Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience required; IR experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and RCIS (CCI) required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: License in hand required at time of submission; current driver's license must be included to confirm address for local radius rule 5. Education: Education verification through a third-party required; facility will not accept education from schools on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience REQUIRED 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, Days, 7a-5:30p; call required — 12 days in an 8-week schedule; after-hours call weekdays 5p-7a, 24 hours on weekends; 2-3 weekends on call per 8-week period; if on call for weekend, coverage is Fri-Mon; weekends and holidays as needed; float to any Cone Health campus may be required; during flu season or high census, may float to other departments 8. RTO: RTO must be submitted at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; no time off that would prevent compliance completion will be accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; current driver's license required at submission to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on the background check 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation; not included in NBO; hours vary by unit 13. Travel Experience: Not required; first-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by the facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required; medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Full compliance file due by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date.
