- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2+ years MS/Tele experience required 2. Cases: MS/Tele cases 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required (must be current and cannot expire within 30 days of start); ACLS preferred 4. License: Valid AZ RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: 4 weekend shifts per contract; will float within scope of practice; floating to TMC Rincon facility required on rare occasions 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days, no holidays for auto offers; holiday RTO or longer than 7 days only considered for hard-to-fill positions with client approval 9. Returning Staff: Work history with any Tucson Medical Center locations requires HR rehire status approval 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile local radius; locals not accepted 11.
