Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers accepted (prefer RN with more than 1 HCF experience) 2. Cases: General Med/Surg & MS/Tele, Oncology, cardiac non-titrate drips, joint/ortho diagnoses 3. Certifications: MD RN, BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS required; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA ONLY; CPI certification required (Calm Every Storm online version only acceptable online vendor); NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Must have active MD or Compact License at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: MS/T RN - Nights - 36H; EOW; every other weekend required; holidays required as they fall; on-call not required 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week must be added to back end on new contracts; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9. Returning Staff: Return travelers must be away for at least 6 months from system; former staff must be gone 12 months before returning as traveler 10.
