- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Extensive surgical specialties including trauma, orthopedic, neurosurgery, gynecology, ENT, urology, vascular, bariatric, and pediatric procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and CNOR preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: AK RN license required in hand for Auto Offer (pending allowed but sent as screen) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (0645-1915 or 0900-2130); call limited to coverage for call-offs only; weekends required 8. RTO: Must be included at submission; approved individually upon offer 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated minimum 3 months; travelers maximum 1 year assignment then 6-month break required 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; no locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Average 16 hours non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Required; first timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: XI Robot, Stealth, Mazor Robot Spine Critical: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. May float to like units and affiliate hospitals.
