Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; must be comfortable with 1:6 patient ratio; PCU level care experience required 2. Cases: Orthopedic, total joint replacement nursing care strongly preferred; mixed unit Med Surg, Med Surg Tele and PCU 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH required (AHA certified or willing to get before start date); copies required at submission 4. License: FL or compact RN license required in hand; Nursys within last 2 weeks required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend requirement every other; floating required within scope; mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week) 8. RTO: No more than 10 days and needs to add 2 weeks to assignment; no RTO first or last week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
