- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: High Risk LD unit with average 7 daily deliveries, up to 14 patients with inductions and high risk antepartum; OB Triage averages 4-5 third trimester testing patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP required; copies required at submission 4. License: AK RN license required in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted for submission (takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; no on-call required; weekend coverage required every other weekend 8. RTO: Time off approved on individual basis upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then required 6-month break before returning 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted; first timers not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
