- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have charge RN experience to be considered 2. Cases: 1:6 patient ratio experience required; PCU level of care patients; orthopedic and total joint replacement nursing care strongly preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH required; must be AHA certified or willing to get before start date 4. License: FL or compact RN license required in hand; Nursys within last 2 weeks required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend requirement every other; floating required within scope; mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week (36-40 hours first week) 8. RTO: No more than 10 days, adds 2 weeks to assignment; no RTO first or last week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No locals - must be greater than 30 miles from facility; no travel pairs or trios 11. Background: Not specified 12.
