- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Epilepsy patients; Traumatic brain injury, Craniotomy, Craniectomy, Aneurysm clipping and coiling, Spinal cord injury, Strokes, Seizure, Epilepsy, Change in mental status, Telemetry 3. Certifications: NIH, BLS required; Compliance EKG Exam required 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (hardstop) 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights; every other weekend required; no on-call; working holidays required 8. RTO: No more than 6 days; cannot accommodate RTO during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate; candidates float within hospital 11. Background: Disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed pre-start; RN 5-6 hours; WA suicide prevention training adds 6 hours if required 13.
