- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years current experience in acute CVOR setting required 2. Cases: CABG, MVR, AVR, Pacemaker, laser lead extractions, some endovascular procedures and standby for TVAR and mitral clips; prefer experience in minimally invasive cardiac procedures 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be able to scrub assist in Open Heart cases 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Documentation System noted as n/a 7.
