Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (PCU experience required) 2. Cases: Long term vent, weaning, pulmonary rehab, trachs 3. Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required 4. License: MO or compact license; IL license in hand required at submittal 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48 hours per week; every other weekend required; no on-call 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent BJC/Saint Lukes employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted; 75-mile radius rule 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Navy scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Vents, IV start, telemetry equipment required; must pass Relias EKG exam Critical: Patient ratios 1:2-3; will float within service line including MS units; trach and vent experience is a hardstop requirement; labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing; compliance deadline 3pm CST Monday before start date.
