- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; General Medicine/Hospitalist patients with renal and other medical diagnoses 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if candidate holds single-state license from non-compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 645a-715p; may be EOW or 6 weekend shifts in 6-week scheduling block; must work 1 holiday per 13-week contract (2 holidays during winter); floating required within skillset 8.
