Qualifications:

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: 1:3 with trachs and ventilator management required; PCU experience with 1:3-4 ratios 3. Certifications: NIH, ACLS, BLS required (AHA only - no RQI); copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech Expanse experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Minimum 2 weekends/month; float within areas of competency (med/surg, tele, obs) 8. RTO: Only one set of up to 7 days approved; always needs facility approval 9. Returning Staff: If previous perm traveler, 1 year gap and needs facility approval 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 50 miles accepted 11. Background: License hits accepted case by case; facility must be informed with submission 12. Modules: Not required 13. Travel Experience: Will consider first time travelers with PCU experience 14. Scrubs: Navy scrubs required (not provided) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious exemptions and declinations allowed 16. Special Equipment: Ventilators, HFNC, BiPAP required Critical: Labs must be completed within 24 hours of signing contract. Non-titrated cardiac drip management required. 2 supervisor references preferred. 24-hour orientation provided.
