- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year minimum separation from INTEGRIS as employee required 2. Cases: IMC/MS stepdown cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days, 7:00-19:00; 6 weekend shifts within every 6-week schedule period; floating required to other areas and sister facilities up to 75 miles 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO; no block scheduling 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not eligible; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Driver's license must be included with submission; utility bill required 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; billable (non-clinical) and non-billable (clinical); completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
