Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: IMC/MS stepdown cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days, 7:00-19:00; weekend coverage required (6 within every 6-week schedule period) 8. RTO: No more than 5 days per 13 weeks; NO HOLIDAY RTO at all 9. Returning Staff: Traveler must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee to be eligible 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals NOT eligible; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Current valid driver's license must be included with submission; utility bill required with matching address within last 3 months 12. Modules: Average 2-8 hours; billable (non-clinical) and non-billable (clinical); completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
