- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; minimum 1 year ICU experience; IR PACU experience with phase 1 recovery required 2. Cases: Pre/Post IR procedures, Phase I PACU, Pedi PACU, ICU patients, pediatric patient care 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required (PALS not required in hand at submission but must be willing to obtain prior to start) 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; no licensure hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating 6a/7a/9a start times, 3-4 late stays per 6 weeks; Call required 2-3 shifts per 6-week schedule with 1-hour response time 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; only two pre-approved; any requests after offer not approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6 months to return as traveler; must disclose previous work at facility for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius for IR RN positions; locals not accepted 11. Background: Will not accept any licensure hits 12.
