- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (2 years unless specifically stated otherwise) 2. Cases: Cardiac/progressive care telemetry unit; cardiac telemetry patients; post cath lab patients 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required; must be in hand to submit 4. License: Compact or TN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required within last 12 months; must pass competency exam (1 attempt, will cancel if fail) 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratios 4-5 (days, nights, weekends); potential to float to other MS/Tele units and ICU 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; additional RTO will not be approved; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Note if return traveler for staffing contact review 10.
