- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years required; 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required 2. Cases: Experience with multiple ICU units (Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, etc), IMC/Progressive/General care populations; ICU experience with adult populations required 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required - AHA ONLY; NIHSS and TNCC preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night 12 hour shifts, 1900-2300, every other weekend; 6-7 weekend shifts per contract; patient ratio 3:1 days and nights 8. RTO: Manager will review/approve; generally no more than 2 weeks off in a contract; if more than 1 week consecutive, Vaya will add 1 week at end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius from facility; locals are not accepted; first time travelers accepted in some units 11. Background: Not specified 12.
