- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred; must show some 1:5 ratio experience in Work History for SD or PCU 2. Cases: Heart failure, chest pain rule out, NSTEMI, post-procedure patients, COPD exacerbation, drug/ETOH overdose and withdrawal, atrial fib/flutter, arrhythmias, and sepsis 3. Certifications: BLS, NIH required, ACLS preferred; must be able to read and interpret strips; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment before starting 4. License: Any state RN license okay; can apply for temp license on offer (takes 5-10 days); compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday; OT paid after 48 hours for 48-hour contract 8. RTO: Request with initial submittal; no RTO added after offer; approval at manager's discretion; maximum 14 days allowed; no requests negotiated after offer 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for nursing; locals not accepted; traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 18-24 average hours; up to 24 hours billable; completed during orientation and up to 8 hours annually; self-reported to manager 13. Travel Experience: Travel experience preferred 14.
