- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required 2. Cases: Cardiac specialization with wide variety of diagnoses, chronic ventilated patient management, post lung transplant patients 3. Certifications: ACLS and BCLS certification required 4. License: Valid compact or state license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3X12 hours per week, on-call required, weekdays and some weekends with rotating holidays 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract, two pre-approved time off days 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away from facility; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start, urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred 14.
