- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years GI RN hospital experience required; able to recover/PACU 2. Cases: EGD, EUS, Colonoscopy, ERCP 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 8:00-16:30 5x8s; on-call required 1-2 weekdays; at least 2 weekend calls; response time 30 minutes 8. RTO: Keep under 7 days if possible per assignment; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former UCLA contractors/travelers/perm employees must be cleared by Talent Management before submission; RNs require 12-month separation 10.
