- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of clinical nursing experience required 2. Cases: General medical issues including opioid abuse, organ failure, change in LOC, behavior issues, MRDD/delay issues 3. Certifications: BLS and IV certification required 4. License: Active Ohio RN license or valid compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Night shifts (3x12s), weekdays and weekends, 3-4 weekend days per month required, float required to different units within OSU organization 8. RTO: Required with submission and must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Travel experience a plus but not required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16. Urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately after contract signing. Two professional references required with at least one from manager/director. 36 orientation hours.
