- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3-5 years required, minimum 3 years in high acuity and high pace environment; highly prefer 5 years of high risk experience 2. Cases: High Risk/High Volume L&D all types; midwifery clients, private OBs, Adult Recovery Services supporting substance recovery, Community care clinics 3. Certifications: Required - BLS, NRP; Preferred - ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate; must have proof with submission 4. License: All Swedish facilities honor active compact license; must have proof of current Nursys 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic hardstop requirement; electronic fetal monitoring 7. Shifts/Call: Work every other weekend and holidays as needed; schedule posted every 6 weeks 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off will be case by case basis 9.
