- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum; 1st timers are accepted 2. Cases: Post-op CABG, thoracic surgeries, vascular surgeries; Respiratory failure with multiple treatment modalities except invasive mechanical ventilation; Cardiac arrhythmias; DKA; GI bleed; Trauma; CVA; Seizures; CIWA; Metabolic disorders; Renal failure; GI disorders; Hypertensive emergency; Sepsis; Neuro disorders 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 1:3-4 patient ratio (days 1:3, nights 1:3-4); Every other weekend; No call requirements 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO requests post-offer or onsite 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as traveler; Return travelers who cancel or receive facility DNR must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying 10.
