- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years MS/Tele experience required 2. Cases: Post-surgical experience preferred; many post-op patients go to this unit 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating 3x12s and 4x12s every other week OR straight 4x12s; no straight 3x12s; no on-call; patient ratio 1:6 8. RTO: Less than 5 days or add time to end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at LCMC facility must be gone at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: Must live more than 75 miles from facility or local rate applies; DL/ID required with submission to verify status 11. Background: Not specified 12.
