- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; previous travel experience required 2. Cases: Telemetry patients with primary or secondary cardiac diagnoses, primary stroke/TIA and stable cardiac Cath patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH required; CPI Certificate required; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA ONLY; NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Active MD or Compact RN License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required (system name not specified) 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights (19:00-07:30); every other weekend required; holidays required as scheduled; floating required within specialty; on-call not required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week must be added; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away 6 months from system after assignment completion 10. Travel/Local: Locals under 50 miles not accepted unless job specifically says locals accepted (permanent address must be 50+ miles from hospital) 11. Background: Not specified 12.
