Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years MS/Tele required 2. Cases: General MS, Diabetes Renal Insufficiency, some Overnight Ortho, Vascular Insufficiency, Wound Patients, backup for Stroke Unit 3. Certifications: BLS required; NIH and ACLS preferred 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating 3x12s/4x12s every other week or straight 4x12s; no call requirement; weekend coverage required; float required 8. RTO: Less than 5 days or add time to end of contract; must submit time off at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: Must live more than 75 miles from facility or local rate applies 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 5-8 hours for RN; non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded by facility education department 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
