- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years MS/Tele/Neuro required 2. Cases: Neuro/Stroke patients, vascular surgeries, multi-level back surgeries, CABG, ECMO; will take 4 stroke patients and 1 Med/Surg 3. Certifications: BLS, NIH, ACLS required; CPI preferred; must be AHA certified 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating 3x12s and 4x12s every other week, or straight 4x12s; no on-call; weekend requirement and holiday coverage (at least 1 of 3 holidays); float required 8. RTO: Less than 5 days or add time to end of contract; if more than 7 days RTO will need to add to end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10.
