Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Wide variety including complex ED admission diagnoses; MS/Tele-ER Border role in fast-paced, high volume setting with ER, MS/T, IMC border patient care 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS required; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA ONLY; CPI Certificate required (Calm Every Storm online version only acceptable online vendor); NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Active MD or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights (19:30-08:00); pre-scheduled call shifts not required; every other weekend required; holidays required as they fall 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week must be added to back end on new contracts; one major holiday off during winter season allowed 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away at least 6 months from system after assignment completion 10.
