Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years of MedSurg experience required 2. Cases: All system issues in geriatric population 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission required 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12's Days 36 hours; weekend and rotating holidays; 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule 8. RTO: RTO required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible once away from facility for 6+ months; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Ergonomic equipment, bladder scanner, EKG Critical: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity within OSU organization. Patient ratios 1:3-1:4. Skills required: IV start, telemetry. Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start. Ohio fingerprinting process urgent - must complete as soon as contract signed.
