- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required 2. Cases: Stroke (neuro) patient population; inpatient department with variety of patients with multiple co-morbidities 3. Certifications: BLS, NIH required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, nights, 7p-730a, EOW, holidays as needed 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: 2-4 hours average, completed during orientation, not included in NBO, non-billable, hours vary by unit 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers OK 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Float required between all Cone Health facilities.
