- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required, 3 years preferred; first time travelers accepted with 3 years experience 2. Cases: Daily average surgical case volume 65-70; Spine, Ortho, Neuro, Robotic, Plastics, Recon, Burn, General, Eyes, Dental, ENT; Preferred: Dental/Cardiovascular/Thoracic/Spine/Cran/SPM Electronic Tracking; Required: Ortho/Totals 3. Certifications: CRSCT or CPSPD; CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA, CRCST OR CBSPD 4. License: CA license required in hand at time of submittal, no pending 5. Education: HS Diploma/GED required 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8Hr 14:00-22:30; weekend call required up to 4 shifts per 6 week period; 1 weekend shift per month 8. RTO: None within first 2 weeks, should not exceed 10 days; must be included at submission or will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent employees must be gone 24 months before eligible for travel positions at all Cedars-Sinai facilities; all past employment must be included on profile; rehire check performed at submission 10.
