- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first time travelers accepted with 3 years of experience 2. Cases: Daily average surgical case volume 65-70; spine, ortho, neuro, robotic, plastics, recon, burn, general, eyes, dental, ENT 3. Certifications: Must have CRCST or CBSPD 4. License: Must have CA license in hand at time of submittal; no pending licenses 5. Education: HS Diploma/GED equivalent required 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 1400-2230 5x8's; weekend call required up to 4 shifts per 6 week period; 1 weekend shift per month 8. RTO: None within first 2 weeks; should not exceed 10 days; must be included at submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent employees must be gone 24 months before eligible for travel positions at all Cedars-Sinai facilities 10. Travel/Local: Local travelers accepted at same bill rate 11. Background: DUIs generally accepted if not recent offense; must include personal statement for facility approval 12.
