- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: 80 cases required; average daily tray volume 700; 72 ORs 3. Certifications: One of the following required: CBSPD or CRST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM); BLS not required; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only 4. License: MO or compact license (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at time of submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Night position Sun-Thu 2200-0630; no on-call required; Sunday weekend requirement 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent BJC/Saint Lukes employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
