- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: General Med Surg Experience preferred; Level I/Teaching experience preferred but not required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH required; must pass Relias EKG exam 4. License: MO or compact license (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48 hours per week; every other weekend required; no call required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no RTO first week of assignment; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted within 75 miles 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
