CCC-SLP only (cannot accept CCC-A) Common diagnosis / Types of patients OP s; post-concussion, CVA, TBI, Head & Neck CA, Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Acute IP at Lev. 2 Trauma Center; Certified Primary Stroke Center; Outpatient Dept. in hospital What areas are they required to cover?
