Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: Must be able to independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies; hybrid position both inpatient and outpatient; typically 1-3 adult outpatients per day, rest acute hospital 3. Certifications: BLS, CCC-SLP, FEES required; State License 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday; no call required; no weekend coverage 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission; 7 days offer period; anything more than 7 days will potentially delay offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must include response about previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
