- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 full year of acute care experience required; 2 years of experience listed in qualifications 2. Cases: Caseload of 20-23 patients; adult unit focus; will not accept social workers specialized in behavioral health or ED 3. Certifications: BLS, LCSW, MSW required 4. License: Pending license accepted but must be licensed upon start date; CA state license not required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (HARDSTOP) 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; Sunday through Thursday schedule (subject to change) 8.
