- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (2 years minimum unless otherwise noted) 2. Cases: Acute Care Experience, Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience required; strong preference for diverse CM experience - Med Surg, LLOS, ED 3. Certifications: BLS, RN Licensure or MSW required; facility accepts LMSW or LCSW with Master's Degree 4. License: Washington license in-hand required; WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs; approved licenses include LICSW, LSWAIC, LASW, LSWAA 5. Education: Master's Degree required for MSW positions 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; 72 guaranteed hours per 2 week period; weekends required every other weekend; may float between campuses and units 8. RTO: 5 days offered; must include all RTO at submittal; anything over 5 days may delay offer 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of background or Nursys hits at submittal; can submit with hits but requires client written approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color (no reddish orange permitted) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays. All travelers expected to float between various like units. Minimum 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within last three years required.
