Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum experience required; 1 year hospital-based experience preferred 2. Cases: HIDA Scan, Bone Scan, Lung Scan, Thyroid Studies, 3 Phase, Cancer Survey, DTPA Aerosol, I-123 Uptake Scan, Perfusion, Uptake Scan, Ventilation/Perfusion, Whole Body 3. Certifications: ARRT N OR NMTCB(CNMT) and BLS required 4. License: DC license in hand required for DC locations; compact license or MD license required for MD locations 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Day 0800-16:30 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at submittal 9. Returning Staff: Previous MedStar employment must have been separated for minimum one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; candidate address must match driver's license 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Facility and unit-specific Sitel modules must be completed within one week of signing contract; average 12 hours duration; billable up to 4 hours; completed pre-start and during orientation 13.
