- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; acute care experience required (HARDSTOP) 2. Cases: Emergency Room Social Worker; must have ER experience and ER Care Management experience preferred 3. Certifications: AK License as LMSW or LCSW; either LMSW or LCSW accepted; copy of certifications required; Hep B vaccines required (no titers or declination accepted) 4. License: AK License required; pending license accepted (takes 10-12 weeks); must be from CWSE accredited school of social work 5. Education: Master's social work degree from CWSE accredited school required 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Nights; weekend coverage required; no on-call required; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 8. RTO: All RTO must be included with submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then require 6-month break 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
