- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum; 3 years of LTC/SNF/Assisted Living/Med-Surg recent experience required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: IV Cert required before starting, BLS/ACLS also required; copies required at submission 4. License: Must have license in hand to submit; valid state license required at time of submission; Nursys/State Certification pulled within last 30 days 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: PowerChart 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend rotation; no on-call required 8. RTO: RTO only approved at time of submission, will not approve after offered; cannot take every holiday off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted under 50-mile radius at local rate 11. Background: Will not accept any background hits or DUIs 12.
