Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Floor care, ER, Code response, Rapid Response; Pediatrics and Adolescents preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT required; Washington license required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; on-call not required; block schedules required; float between units required 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; inflexibility may lead to termination 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
