Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have NICU and adult experience 2. Cases: Must be able/willing to cover both NICU and adult; must float to other campuses; patient volume 5 ventilators, 6-8 RVUs 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT required; must be able to independently intubate a neonate 4. License: WA license required to apply 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic skills required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage every other weekend; no on-call requirements 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Previous perm employees of ANY Providence-affiliated facility must be separated for minimum 3 months to qualify for travel position 10. Travel/Local: First time travelers accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
