- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; minimum 1 year required for submission; Neuro experience is a plus 2. Cases: Community Hospital Experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required, NBSTSA required 4. License: CA license must be in hand; no pending licenses accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Work one Saturday day shift 8-hour and rotate week; may float to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of submittal; Aya Offer: 7 Days, Client Offer: 7 Days; must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles consider local; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits up front at time of submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color 15.
