- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS, RRT required (HARDSTOP); ACLS required by compliance deadline for RNs 4. License: Missouri RRT license or compact license required; license must be in hand at submission for Illinois 5. Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Three 12-hour shifts per week; every other weekend required; some holiday work required 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be included on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must be completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Medium to dark gray 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: PB840s and PB980 primary vents, limited Hamiltons; High Flow Nasal Cannula, BiPAP, CPAP, various airway management devices Critical: Must complete labs within 48-72 hours of signing. Fit testing required. Will float within service line and to affiliate hospitals.
