- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required; minimum 1.5 years experience required; strong experience in PICU, NICU, and Peds Floors required 2. Cases: PICU and NICU experience required; PICU to include medical patients and pre/post-op cardiac patients, ECMO patients and INO delivery; NICU experience must include micro preemies and pre-op cardiac patients; Cystic Fibrosis patients experience expected 3.
