License: IN-state license required; must be in hand prior to start date 5. Education: University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduation 6. EMR: Cerner preferred; no specific charting required for IU health positions 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s; 1:2 patient ratios; every third weekend; no on-call required 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days non-holiday; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Former IU employees must be away 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: IN residents considered local; locals not accepted for ICU positions; offered in-state rate at lower BR 11. Background: Must note background policy prior to submission for approval 12.
