- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years required; 2+ years experience required 2. Cases: In-patient acute hospital respiratory therapy department providing full spectrum of respiratory care services (NICU, PICU, PEDS and Adults) 3. Certifications: BLS and RRT required; must be AHA Traditional (does not accept RQI); copies required 4. License: OR state license required; pending OR license acceptable if applied within few days after offer; valid state license preferred at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: NIGHTS 3x12; No Call; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: 5 days or less in 13 week contract; must have upfront (no more than 2 weeks) 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Accepts locals/same rates apply; unit accepts first time travelers 11. Background: Will not accept any background or license hits; uses Advanced Reporting system with comprehensive lifetime review 12.
