Cases: PICU and NICU experience required (need one or the other, not both); acute care floors for all patients; pediatric medical patients and pre/post-op cardiac patients; ECMO patients; micro preemies; cystic fibrosis patients 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT, or state license required; must be AHA traditional (does not accept RQI); copies required 4. License: Valid state license preferred at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 3x12; no call 8. RTO: Must have upfront (no more than 2 weeks); pre-approved time off: none 9.
