Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Critical/acute respiratory diseases, nursery care 3. Certifications: BLS and RRT required; ACLS required in hand; NIHSS certification pending accepted 4. License: Wisconsin/compact license pending accepted (must get during compliance) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days (0630-1800), block scheduling, call N/A 8. RTO: Required upon submission; two pre-approved time off days 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Background hits accepted on case by case basis 12. Modules: 3-4 hours average, non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation, recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Not required; accepts first-time travelers based on experience 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Olympus equipment, AMBU, Verathon Glidescope, Gensoyl 3 Nitric Oxide machine, Hamilton Vents, Philips V60, Airvo, Vapotherm, Heliox, Easy One Air Critical: 4+ weekend shifts per contract, every third weekend. Two supervisor references required after offer. Cannot accommodate latex allergies. 32 hours orientation. Patient ratio experience of 10 required.
