- Unit Notes:MUST have NRP and be comfortable attending deliveries and stabilizing neonates ASANTE ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Radius: Client does not accept local candidates and has a 50-mile radius restriction. - Call Off Policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours per 13 weeks. - Non-Billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours of non-billable orientation for first work week. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Ventilators Avea, Puritan Bennett 840, 3100 B HFOV, VentiPac transport ventilator Non-invasive ventilators V60 and Vision IPV Capnostream 20 ETCO2 OmniCell medication dispenser EPIC EMR 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Required skills as listed in #1 Minimum of 1 year experience 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) RRT, OR state licensure, BLS 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
