- Unit Notes:MUST have NRP and be comfortable attending deliveries and stabilizing neonates ASANTE ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Radius: Client does not accept local candidates and has a 50-mile radius restriction. - Call Off Policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours per 13 weeks. - Non-Billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours of non-billable orientation for first work week. Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation. - Licensure: Non-Oregon Licensed RNs can apply and be eligible for a 90-day temporary license if their permanent license is not posted before the start of their assignment. ... Respiratory care for patients on medical floors, adult critical care and the emergency room, consisting of breathing treatments secretion mobilization non-invasive and invasive ventilation cardiopulmonary resuscitation intubation assistance drawing and analyzing blood gases obtaining EKGs 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Ventilators Avea, Puritan Bennett 840, 3100 B HFOV, VentiPac transport ventilator Non-invasive ventilators V60 and Vision IPV Capnostream 20 ETCO2 OmniCell medication dispenser EPIC EMR 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Required skills as listed in #1 Minimum of 1 year experience 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) RRT, OR state licensure, BLS 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
